    Jessica thrives where big ideas meet real execution. She refines the chaos, builds the systems, and keeps every part of the machine moving with intention. When an organization needs a grounded partner to sharpen a vision, ignite a plan, or rebuild a strategy from the inside out, she’s the one who makes it happen. She finds inspiration in great books, hard workouts, and traveling the world with her three daughters and her husband.

    He leads with strategy because clarity is what gives the best ideas room to breathe and space to rise. Jarred identifies the idea at the center and constructs everything around it with clarity and intent. His experience spans HBO, Google, Fortnite, and the philanthropic world, where he’s helped brands curate, shape, and deliver work that resonates. From products and rebrands to strategy and creative campaigns, he builds frameworks that turn direction into momentum and vision into form. He finds inspiration in the raw energy of live music and vinyl records, sees the world through a skateboarder’s eye for movement and possibility, and keeps his creative edge sharp through the discipline arts of collage and graffiti.

    Seth is an interdisciplinary designer who brings structure to ideas and order to complexity. Based in the Pacific Northwest, he focuses on reducing design to its essential elements—crafting smart, simple, and functional solutions that create clear, intuitive experiences. As a Digital Environments Designer at Envoy, he shapes digital spaces with precision, drawing on eight years of combined freelance and in-house work and a foundation in Communication Design from Texas State University. Outside the studio, he looks to the outdoors, good coffee, and new places for inspiration—always collecting the raw material that fuels his next design decision.
